Refund and Returns Policy

At Sonaira Jewels, we take pride in the quality and beauty of our products. We hope every purchase brings joy and satisfaction. However, in the rare instance that an item arrives damaged or defective, we have a clear and customer-friendly return and refund process in place to support you.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The return request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or slight color variation will not be accepted.
📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure transparency and to validate damage claims, we require a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video as proof.
This video must include:
- A 360° view of the sealed outer package before opening
- The entire unboxing process, showing the moment the product is revealed
- A clear focus on the defect or damage
Note: Without this unboxing video, return or refund requests will not be eligible for processing.
🔁 Return Process
Initiating a Return Request:
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Visit the Return/Exchange Page
Go to the Return/Exchange section on the Sonaira Jewels website, or use this link: [https://sonairajewels.com/refund_returns/]. - Enter Your Order Details
Provide your Sonaira Jewels Order ID (e.g., #SJ1570) and registered contact number. - Select the Item(s)
Choose the specific product(s) you wish to return from your order. - Upload Required Information
- Upload minimum two clear images showing the damage or defect
- Confirm your pickup address and preferred pickup date
- Choose your preferred refund method
- Email the Unboxing Video
After submitting the return form, email your unboxing video to

Please include your Order ID in the subject line of the email. - Review & Submit
Double-check all details and submit the request.
Once both your return form and unboxing video are reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup of the product from your address.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes our quality check.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- A fixed shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Please note, the following categories of products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Earrings (due to hygiene and safety concerns)
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
- Items priced under ₹99
